I am very grateful to Alex for taking the time out of her busy schedule and teaching the next generation of dispatchers how to do this right. I myself have just started my own trucking company 1 truck , husband as driver and me dispatching. I honestly took this class thinking I would only need this for my 1 truck. This is real world training and she tells it like it is. The classes are live and Alex will hold your feet to the fire so buckle up!

I feel this class should be advertised as more of an advanced training — to add to your base knowledge of freight dispatching. If you go into the class with no prior knowledge of what a freight dispatcher does, you might get lost in this course. For me personally, the class had way too many people (almost 40)- which made it difficult for asking questions & staying on task. When we did the very last training, where we made actual phone calls, it was much better because we only had a handful of people for that session.

To everyone who wants to learn dispatching, understand how it works, and know the REAL details and situations that happen every day - Dispatch Training Center is the place to do it! You will learn all the good and bad sides of this industry. You will know what it takes to be a dispatcher. You will also know how to be a PRO dispatcher, instead of a person who books any first load from the board. Ms. Alex will tell you straight and honest when you make a mistake and how bad is it. The most important lesson for me was to always check the LOGIC and PROFIT for every load you try to book. When you aim at these two goals - you're in the right direction. The class was a big eye opener for me. Dispatching isn't as easy as they make it seem on social media. I became interested in becoming a Trucking DIspatcher about a year ago. I started researching and watching YouTube videos. This was a challenge because the majority of the videos boasted about how much money you could make dispatching. But I came across the DIspatch Training Videos and l could not stop watching video after video. I would stay up late at night listening to Alex, Sassy DIspatch Girl, teach in the videos. She taught with compassion and this is why I chose to take my Dispatch Training class from her. It's not about the money with her. It's centered around safety and prevention. I can remember the day that I called and Alex answered the phone. I told her that I really wanted to take the class and that I enjoy watching her teach on YouTube. She was so supportive of my goal. I have been trying to learn dispatching for over two years now after paying for what was advertised as courses twice only to receive PDFs, a few videos and left to my own devices (a lot of the things I could google). I had almost given up on the idea and thought I would have to continue to learn on my own and make numerous & costly mistakes along the way. I stumbled upon Alex’s videos on YouTube and began watching them. I could not believe how much FREE knowledge she provided and after learning that there would actually be REAL LIVE TEACHING COURSES…I signed up. This was the best investment I could have made in myself. Alex is GREAT, not only did I get a lot more than PDFs and videos Alex provided weekly scheduled classes which lasted HOURS in which she provided us with knowledge about dispatching, challenged us with questions, homework and quizzes. I took Alex Dispatching learning course in May of 2022 when I first took her course I was clueless to what the responsibilities were to become a pro dispatcher,she gave intensive homework and quizzes that also helped with retaining the information she also flooded us with stacks of important materials about the carrier's as well as the trucking industry as a whole by the end of the class session's I felt confident to make phone calls, yes. I was very nervous but after two calls you start to say hey I can do this right lol , yes I would recommend her class if your serious about this industry yes you will not find anybody else that's offering intense classes like this she may be sassy but she wants you to succeed ,she gave us great information to help us to succeed for long term. Cons: she can be impatient with you at times, she do show favoritism to students she likes, and you may get some sassy sarcasm if you don't answer the question correctly and she will over talk you when asked a question, sometimes you have to ask her to repeat herself cause she may talk fast she do correct herself tho .Pros: she speaks great English, Alex is very passionate about changing the trucking industry by putting scamers on blast,Impeccable knowledge about this industry with years of experience as a women especially in a Male dominate field I found it impressive, Strong, Direct and Sassy fits her perfectly. If you're a sensitive type person, this isn't the class for you, if your strong and direct like her you can relate and you will succeed in becoming a Pro Dispatcher. I first saw Alex on YouTube. I was currently taking another dispatch course but I did not feel like I was getting all the information I needed, to transition from my current line of work into logistics. I was very fortunate to be the recipient of winning the free class. Her class is very intense but she gives you so much knowledge. She is very quick with responding if you any questions. I have recommended her to multiple people. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and her positive energy radiates. She is an amazing instructor. Highly highly recommend.

This was the second class that I took and I was skeptical at first because I didn't know what to expect. Before I signed up I watched so many of Alex's videos on YouTube. And I was impressed with every video I saw. I knew deep down inside I wasn't ready to go out and start dispatching because I knew I wasn't ready. After taking two other courses, I still didn't feel comfortable starting my Independent Dispatch Company. Mind you, these courses were both pre-recorded and not very informative.
