STUDENT PARTICIPATION & CLASS POLICY AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any training, class, coaching, or program offered by Dispatch Training Center (“DTC”), the student acknowledges, agrees to, and is legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.  MEDIA RELEASE & CONTENT USAGE AGREEMENT (REQUIRED)

By enrolling in this program, the student grants full permission and consent to Dispatch Training Center to record, use, and distribute any content that may include the student’s:

  • Voice

  • Image or likeness

  • Video or audio participation

  • Written comments or chat messages

  • Reviews, testimonials, or feedback

  • Live class participation or Q&A segments

This content may be used for:

  • Educational materials

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

  • Social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Website content

  • Advertisements or training previews


Important Notice:

If a student does NOT agree to appear in recordings, testimonials, or promotional materials, they must NOT enroll in the program.


Participation in the class automatically serves as consent.

This consent is:

  • Royalty-free

  • Worldwide

  • Irrevocable

  • Without time limitation

No compensation will be provided for the use of any recorded content.

2.  CLASS PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Students are expected to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time

  • Participate respectfully in discussions

  • Follow instructor guidance

  • Complete assignments and practice exercises

  • Maintain professional conduct

​

Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or repeated failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the program without refund.


3.  NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME OR EMPLOYMENT

Dispatch Training Center provides education and training only.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Employment

  • Income

  • Contracts

  • Dispatch clients

  • Business success

Results depend on the student’s:

  • Effort

  • Market conditions

  • Experience

  • Consistency

  • Business execution

​

All examples shared are for educational purposes only.

4.  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All sales are FINAL

  • No refunds once training has started

  • No refunds for missed classes

  • No refunds due to scheduling conflicts

​

5.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

All training materials, including but not limited to:

  • Slides

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Scripts

  • Recordings


Are the exclusive intellectual property of Dispatch Training Center.


Students may NOT:

  • Share or resell materials

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Upload content to other platforms

  • Teach or resell the material as their own

  • Violation may result in legal action

6.  CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Students agree to:

  • Respect privacy of instructors and classmates

  • Not share private group content

  • Maintain professionalism in all group chats and live calls

​

Any harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal.

​

7. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS DISCLAIMER

Dispatch Training Center is not responsible for:

  • Internet failures

  • Device issues

  • Missed sessions due to technical problems

  • Platform outages (Zoom, email, etc.)

​

Students are responsible for ensuring reliable access.

​

8.  AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enrolling in any Dispatch Training Center program, the student confirms:

  • They have read and understood this policy

  • They agree to all terms

  • They consent to media usage

  • They understand all sales are final

  • They accept full responsibility for their participation
