Trucking is full of expensive lessons, unclear information, and people selling shortcuts. Alexandra created DTC to give dispatchers, carrier owners, safety teams, and entrepreneurs a clearer path.

Every program connects the rules and tools to daily decisions: finding freight, negotiating rates, organizing files, protecting a carrier, managing IFTA, and building systems that support growth.

Meet Alexandra

From immigrant to trucking company owner to teacher.

Alexandra Sokolenko came to the United States as an immigrant. Nobody handed her connections or explained how the industry really works, so she learned trucking the hard way: on the phone with brokers, building carrier files and keeping trucks moving.

Alexandra has been running businesses since 2000, working in trucking since 2013, and teaching since 2018. She teaches real dispatch work, clear records, and practical skills.

That is why she built Dispatch Training Center. She teaches the way she wishes someone had taught her: clear, direct, practical and live, so students can ask about their own situation instead of guessing. Her students include new dispatchers, owner-operators, safety managers, small fleet owners, and parents and career-changers looking for a real skill.

Today Alexandra teaches live on Zoom to students across the U.S. from DTC's base in Schaumburg, Illinois, and shares free lessons with 148K subscribers on YouTube.
