PRO FREIGHT DISPATCH · LIVE ON ZOOM

Run dispatch for a carrier with practical confidence.

In six weeks, learn to find and book loads, negotiate with brokers, manage paperwork, and keep a carrier's day moving.

Alexandra came to the U.S. as an immigrant. She understands the language barrier, long hours, and bad advice. She built DTC to teach dispatch clearly, with real practice.

Practical answers

Before you enroll.

Does DTC hire graduates or place them in jobs?

No. Dispatch Training Center is a training school. We don't employ students or offer job placement. We teach the skills and knowledge you need to do the work, whether you apply to carriers, dispatch your own trucks or start your own dispatch business.

What will I learn in each class?

Class 1 covers how freight moves and the dispatcher's role; Class 2, carrier setup and agreements; Class 3, finding and evaluating freight on load boards; Class 4, broker negotiation and rate confirmations; Class 5, managing dispatch every day. Two practical labs bring it all together.

Is this training useful for owner-operators?

Yes. Owner-operators and small carriers use it to dispatch their own trucks: finding loads, negotiating with brokers and handling the paperwork themselves.

Does it cover starting an independent dispatch business?

Yes. The course covers carrier and dispatch service agreements, broker setup packets and the daily workflow independent dispatchers use with their carriers.

What if I miss a live class?

Classes are live only and are not recorded, so please plan to attend all seven sessions. You can review the PDF materials, Quizlet study sets and homework for every topic and bring questions to the next class. If you know of a schedule conflict, contact us before enrolling.

Do I need dispatch or trucking experience?

No. The training starts with the foundations and builds toward working through real dispatch tasks.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for seven live sessions, each from 10:30 AM–2:30 PM Central, plus time for homework, PDFs and Quizlet review. The dates are in the schedule above.

Is the training live? Is it recorded?

Every class and lab is live on Zoom. Classes are not recorded and no replays are provided, so plan to attend all seven sessions. Between classes you work with PDF materials, Quizlet study sets and homework.

Can I use a payment option?

Klarna or Affirm may be available at Wix checkout, subject to the provider's approval and terms. The course price is $1,199.
